Join a friendly group of local Mums for monthly meditations. Enjoy an hour of meditation and leave feeling serene, relaxed, peaceful and re-energised. You’ll get the practical experience you need to get you started - or to keep you motivated - to meditate regularly at home. The benefits of meditating are mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
Bring a little bit of relaxation into your life. De-stress, learn to relax, stop and do absolutely nothing. In this class you will discover lots of simple ways to help you integrate a little time for you and your spiritual growth into your busy life as a mother, career women and general all round SuperMum.
Each class includes a simple meditation and Guided Visualisation. Full instructions are given during the class so no meditating experience is necessary.
